The program of the conference has been posted on our website. As you can see, it is different from conferences in previous years, and will encompass a wide variety of fields of interest. There will probably still be some changes, but the main point is the same. The mainpoint isto ask questions about the education of today and of the near future. To ask, so that people from all fields – Democratic Schools, Learning Cities, Pioneering Schools, colleges, pedagogic programs, and more……….can deal with them and discuss them, and see how each frame of reference responds to those same questions. For example – how do we deal with the fact that most children today have computers in their pockets? Yes, we mean the cellular phone.
How is this related to Democratic Education or to any ground-breaking activity – and what can be built on this information?
